Improve engagement on Toyota’s model detail pages.

Synthesizing Data Points

To properly kick the project off I aggregated multiple research sources. Reviewing analytics, user tests and a JD Power survey provided the team with a good jumping off point in redesigning these experiences. The team was able to cross check pain points and popular features and create a prioritized list of content and features. This was used to educate a new content hierarchy.

Wireframes

I created high fidelity wireframes to shape the templates across multiple breakpoints. This helped the team to quickly visualize and iterate on new layouts that were designed to get key information to users faster.

I developed prototypes for a series of usability tests to validate assumptions and make rapid tweaks. These proved invaluable in improving mobile navigation.
